Boutique hotel with brilliant large, spacious, bright and well equipped rooms. Incredibly friendly staff, very well located almost centre of town (Patong beech) - but up a 50m driveway assuring you that no noise or any disturbances penetrate through. Pool is long and slim and beautifully chilled and immaculately clean. Not much space for sunbeds and the sun only hits the pool and adjoining (very few and cramped together) sunbeds for 3 or so hours a day. (Buildings get in the way) However there is a sun lounge area above the bar that sees the sun all day. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. I arrived peak season so was ripped off rendering low value for money - but out of peak the prices appear reasonable. I would definitely go back - most of the other customers were Chinese with a scattering of Russians. A handful of Europeans as well.

Neat and well kept rooms. Size good. Reasonable toiletries. Comfortable stay. Hardly any options for vegans in breakfast spread. Location very central and 10 min from beach. No dearth of restaurant of all types in the neighbourhood. Was costly, but mainly due to Chinese new Yr season and Valentines day in our stay period of 4 days

I booked the pool access suite for 4 days and I wasn’t disappointed. The room is clean, bed and pillows comfy, the bathroom and kitchen are always well stocked with basic amenities and the pool is clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned everyday and I’d like to say that it is a very safe hotel because I would leave my expensive bag, laptop, iPad and some cameras like GoPro, Insta360 etc and they’re always there when we return from touring all day. They have a good selection of breakfast buffet and all are tasty. The staff are always helpful and friendly and ready to assist. The hotel is right at the centre of Patong and just a short walk away from the beach and nightlife if that is your vibe. Good restos, massage parlours and anything you need are located just at the entrance of the driveway. They are willing to keep your luggages for free if you’re going away for a day or 2 and you can just collect them when you go back, which is a very nice and helpful gesture. I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back.

It’s good place overall to stay, location wise near to patong beach and patong beach club. Great spread for breakfast. Staff were very polite and friendly. They also have tours plan available with them. Swim area is average in size. Reception is very helpful.

Palmyra Patong Resort viste sig, at være det helt rigtig valg for os som familie. 1 de luxe poolview værelser til vores 2 teenagere (1507) og 1 til os gamle (1502) + 1 two bedroom Villa for our daughter/son in law with one 0,5 year old boy and one 2,5 year old girl (102) = 8 pers. all i all. Whats not to like ? Nothing ! Pool - great. Rooms - clean and big enough - Breakfast - all from soup to toast / eggs - all staff from reception to room maids & staff in restaurant were super nice and welcoming - at all times. Even the "night-man" in the little shed were amazing. Close to the Beach - Close to JungCeylon/Bangla Rd/Center The place away from busy street are quite nice - no street noise (nearly) and a safe walk back to reception - The tuk tuk guys in front of the long entrance were kind to help stop traffic - when crossing the busy road to go to ex. 7/11 on the other side of the busy road. Massage - laundry staff at the end of the long entrance - really kind ... Mario in front of Tiger Ink Tattoo shop is a show for it self :-D All in All = TIT (This is Thailand) Uh, I forgot Vina - thank you so much for your mails before we arrived ! It was our 8. visit in Phuket since 2007 and Palmyra Resort was the absolut best solution / hotel for the money we have had - Do we come back - guess :-D Thumps up and 5* Kind regards Bent - Denmark.
